  • Incident distribution
    • The incidents received from the CTS and ARS are automatically distributed to the CADs
    • The incident details received via calls or alarms are automatically displayed within the system
  • Unit status and mobilization
    • Displays operational status and mobilization of units in real time
    • Provides tool to select resource units (nearest unit)
  • Integration with AVL/APL
    • Through integration of LBS (AVL/APL), displays the locations of the units in real time
    • Selection of moving units from the map
  • Dispatch and monitoring
    • Simultaneously sends the dispatch order to different communication media
      (mobile phone, messages, laptop, PC, etc.)
    • Monitoring and control in real time the operational status (dispatched, en route, arrived, etc.) of the resource units in the field
  • CAD map
    • Integrated with AVL/APL
    • Displays location of incidents, unit location, nearby unit from the incident location
